African Bank delays payments

I applied for an African bank loan on Monday 6th May and signed the documents on Tuesday the next day.
Four days later Im still awaiting payment of the funds into my account. Im already an existing account holder but the treatment Im receiving is shocking!!

My branch say the delay with confirmations department who have taken 4 days to get confirmation of my employment. (only tried once duringI returned to my branch and also tried another branch and spoke to the Branch Manager yesterday but still no assistance.

I followed the 3 step query process and called the customer care line who also say there is nothing they can do and referred me to my branch. I then emailed the complaints email address [Email Removed] but discovered that email adddress does not work and is invalid.

I then also called the Consumer Advocate number and was suprised how lightly the lady took my probelm. To her it was not serious at all and I should be patient.

Today is Friday meaning next week will be tthe 2nd week I still havnt received payment. What is the delay all about? How hard can it be to call my employer whom you have called before for my other two loans with African Ban
