Very very poor customer service!

I pleaced an order telephonically with FNB (as a platinum cheque acc holder) for an iPhone 4s device on the 5th Dec 2012 and the application was successful and was promised my device would be delivered within 7-14 working days. i then asked the lady whether i would still get in in Dec as it was festive season and she ASSURED me that i would get it before Christmas. 3rd Jan 2013 i call FNB to follow up on my order and was told that the courier company is still on holiday and only re-open on the 7th of Jan, then i asked why i was not told this she said "i dont know" and would re-send my request as she sees it was done in Dec already. then yesterday 16th Jan (27 working days after inial order date) i get a call from a lady to inform me that UNFORTUNATELY they are out of stock on the device that i have ordered. she then suggested that i take an iPhone 5 (without explaining how they ran out of stock where as my order was in Dec already) and to pay R180 more on what i had wanted. and FNB still has the iPhone 4s offer on their website till today but the fone is not available. false advertising and dont care abt their clients. very disgusted abiut this and am even moving my account.
