Am truly disgusted with you made an arrangement with a representative of African Bank and we confirmed that I will be making a payment of R300 per month until the matter had been resolved. I made these payments every month without fail and about 2 months ago I received a call from you requesting my bank details. I informed the lady that I made an arrangement and I will not be giving my bank details as the arrangement should be on the system-this lady did not even know what I was talking about. how incompetent can you get that you can't even do a basic admin job of noting down that a specific client has made a payment? 2 months later you debited my account forgetting the arrangement that was made! I immediately reversed the debit order and waited for African Banks call to find out why payment was not made so that I can also be explained who authorised the debit order. Now I get a message telling me I am handed over. I would like to make it clear that if I get listed I WILL take on African Bank through any and all avenues possible, this has really been a disgusting experience!
