Hi there,
My boyfriend and i made a huge investment with Absa Bank at the beginning of this year. Our money was
then from our account (ALL of it) by Absa employees, within their investment banking structure.
Fortunately, this money was returned to our account last month.
We can see the money in our account, but we cannot withdraw from the atm or make transfers via internet or otherwise- we are always getting 'ERROR' messages.
We have visited numerous Absa branches but no-one seems to know what is wrong. we have called numbers given to us, but it seems all Absa employees can't help us.
We also tried to just close the Absa account, but still- our money isn't moving out.
We don't know what to do now as we are not getting help from ANYone.
