Bad Service... No feedback at all!!!

My car was picked up on 20 April from my house in Douglasedale and noboby from Discovery bothered to contact me until i went on the DQ mapper on 26 April 2013 and it showed that my car covered a distance of 43kms that morning and i phoned Discovery to enquire about it and i was told "the tracking device does not make use of wheel movement to detect whether the vehicle is being used or not but rather the forces acting on the vehicle. When the vehicle was towed to the Panelbeaters the device was measuring the forces that were acting on the vehicle as it was being moved and not that it was being driven. Please check on the DQ mapper reading whether the ignition was on or off when the vehicle was being moved as this system does indicate whether the vehicle is being driven or not." And i have been asking how come i am not seeing forces that acted on the car when it was towed from my place? there is still no response, i've asked to speak to Management and nothing, to top it off no-one even bothered to tell me what is wrong with the car, just that it was being repaired. i've never experienced anything like this in my entire life
