Started our Home Loan application process on 3 November, home loan was approved in principal very shortly after that, Great Service. Then the Final Grant offer few days later, Great Service. My wife and our were considering the offer when Attorneys phoned and said your offer had been accepted and they need more information. We had not accepted an offer, this was pushed through by bank in error turns out, Bad Service. Application withdrawn, complaint logged and telephone recording saying this will not affect future home loans. Went through a Bond Originator to assist us with the process, after a month FNB say that Bond Originator cannot apply due to original application. Bond Originator removes themselves and FNB withdraw the second application as well. Now 2 months after application, I have had to reinstate original application and now waiting for the process to continue. This process has been drawn out for to long and I am really getting annoyed with the quality. I have been a FNB client all my life and I am really considering moving. Really don't appreciate the services.
