I bought electricity via internet banking after changing my mobile number. I had the number changed on their system, but forgot to accordingly change my reference number with the payment. after realising this was the reason for not receiving my pin immediately, I sent an e-mail (using their integrated messaging system for assistance/complaints) late on the evening of 7 May 2013 to their client support center, and at 09:52 the very next morning I received my pin for the electricity bought! Upon replying per e-mail with a (grateful!) compliment to them for their unexpected great service, I then received a very nice e-mail from Warren, which was really unexpected - these days one has to send around 5 complaints and then hope for a result - let alone feedback or acknowledgement.
