Late March or early April i personally went to Legal Wise to get assisted regarding the House Bill debt we have with the estate (GEMS) due to summons we have received i was assisted by the consultant at legal wise two weeks later i called for the feedback and with no luck as she was busy then left massage which was never responded i never lost hope still called and still no response then Today my husband just made a call to make a follow up and still with no luck, first of all the bill keep piling up as it seems there's no agreement signed and if signed no response till to date from Legal Wise and we keep getting cost added to our bill for GEMS legal fees can someone at Legal wise please tell us what one should do if we cant be assisted by You and yet we paying every month for service which currently is not rendered. this is fastruting coz we wish to make an arrangement for the debt and which we tried doing our self with no luck so that's when we headed legal Wise to assist so i don't know what should we do now
