Our geyser burst on Monday - I took the liberty of contacting ABSA. Man o Man did they go the extra mile. I was updated with phone calls and sms the entire day. The plumbers (class C plumbers in Cape Town) came on time so did the electrician called Wayne. It was such a breeze. I was well informed about everything that happened and I'm extremely grateful. Thank you to Claudia (claim consultant) that assisted us all the way.
