Is loyalty to Nedbank not enough?

I have a cheque account, credit card and savings account with Nedbank. My salary goes into my cheque account and I split money between my accounts
With the 1st May being a public holiday I had arranged for my debit orders to go off before the public holiday, and knowing Nedbank, its never clear until the following day what has gone off.By the 2nd of May I had believed that the debit orders had all gone off, and so I moved funds between accounts. Needless to say I realised once I got the sms from Nedbank that it had taken the money, I transferred money into my account, and it was in credit. On the 4th I got an sms to say that Nedbank had bounced the debit order AND taken their 2 X R90.00 (even though it was the same company debit order).
Today I applied for a loan through Nedbank and it was preapproved on the phone, I was told to go into a branch and complete the docs only to find out that my loan has been rejected based on what happened. As if taking R180 from me wasn't good enough. I need the loan for an emergency on my car, but all Nedbank will say is I must wait a month! I don't think its fair as Nedbank can see I have never not had money for a debit order EVER before!!!
