No doing their work! NO more NEdbank they

I have phoned on Thursday 10/01/2012 for at least 4 times to get through to the credit card department finally I spoke to a man (Don't know his name) I made arrangements with him so that I can pay my account each 1st of the month because they sent me a statement for 10 of each month I did ask him will my account show in arrears he said no.
Monday 14/01/2012 a lady from the collections phoned me and said may account shows in arrears I will be unable to use my card he will be blocked because my account is arrears I said I made arrangements she said no I have to make my payment until then I can't use my card.

I made an payment on 14/01/2012 and send it trough to them and still I haven't heard anything.
Now I get a bad name because Nedbank is not doing their work.

And what stumbles me they say they do not have any notes on the system that I have made an arrangement but as far as I know when you phone them or they phone you they say this call is been recorded for security reasons
???

I want that payment captured and an apology.
I will pay my card and close my account this is pefetick.
