As a platinum client, i sent out an email to premier and debit oder email addresses to be assisted with the changing of my debit order dates. i never got a reply from debit order email whereas i received a read receipt and no one confirmed receipt of my mail.
I received a reference number from the premier email (QP1267244: Debit order changes), later followed by an email from Jacques Nel advising me to call the companies myself. I then ask myself as i'm paying charges for my platinum account what benefit am i getting if no one is willing to assist me.
If FNB doesnt do this from their side, i will then be forced to move my banking account to another bank who will offer me better service and i will also not going to be charged unpaid debit orders whereas my bank could not help me.
