Bad services at ABSA Benmore mall, lack of staff... i visited the branch on Friday (03/05/2013) and waited an hour with no help, and yesterday (06/05/2013) again no help. I tried to do the application on line... i could not access the application form. Went back to the branch again today and the consultant told me that i can not apply for a loan since i am using my married name and they have my maiden name on the system. All the docs (marriage certificate) was sent to them previous and it was not changed on the system.
