Hi, I did a loan application on the 15April with Edward Molomo of Old Mutual branch in Ghandhi Square. He wrote down what was required for my application to be processed. I sent those documents. All the time when he was quiet I was thinking that my application is approved and I will get the funds in my account before pay day because I knew I was going to be short with my debit orders for the month of April. On the 25April he starts asking for more information which I think he could have told me about in between the days from our last correspondence. I wanted a personal loan because he told me that is all that I qualify for. The whole time he keeps quiet and does not tell me that he will help me with a consolidation loan instead. He keeps those details to himself. It took 16days for the loan to be approved which is the longest I have ever had to apply. In the proces my application was now given to a Zanele to further processed which took another more 3days to processed my debit order all 11 were not honoured. I now owe the bank R1031.14 in bank charges. The money was only deposited on the 06May. I want Old Mutual to pay for the unpaid charges, or not pay first instalment. I am upset.
