I got involved in an accident on my last day of cover on the 25-04-2013 ani called for towing then they requested that my car should be towed to their assesment yard, it was towed there. I made follow ups with them that when can I arange to get my car back and they said on their side it dznt show any claims ok and then I called them almost every day and keep waiting for a minimum of 5mins holding max of 12minutes so many times without going through, I have spend more than a lot on my airtime they even have an option where by you give them your number for a call back, ask me that service dznt work they never called my back. I kept on calling till I made that claim nd spoke to ISAAC he asked if I can send pictures of the car and I did, tried calling back after that bt still could nt go through. I have went to their yard in pretoria west and they refused to give me my car they said they need authority from MIWAY. All I want is my car I dnt owe you and u dnt owe me anythng but my car
