I made payment of my woolworths visa account of R1000 at woolworths store in promanade. The cashier made the payment on the wrong account which is my Woolworths store card and i only realised it later when i was called by one of your consultant who's name is Shaun or Shawn reminding me of my payment which was due and i told him i did pay my account and he said he would look into the account maybe the cashier paid the amount to the account and it was cos it reflected on my woolworths store account..and he said he would rectify this. A week later a lady called Zulfa phoned me and reminding me of payment i explained to her what happend and she said she would transfer it to the other department to rectify and by 30 April it would be resolved. I sent an email with the proof of payment attached that i made on the 27 March 2013 until now i have had no response from your department regarding this query..can you please tell me what is happening??
