I have a credit card that had a R40K limit on it and I decreased it to R10K after paying my debt and now I cannot get it increased again. I have submitted my payslip twice to [Email Removed] and called 3 times now and have not gotten any feedback. Its been well over 2 weeks now. The best part is that I was just upgraded to a Platinum Cheque account but my Gold Credit card is still an issue. Does the system not show when a person submits docs and that the agents should follow up with the customer if they don't receive it? I keep getting told that I should call back and make sure that all is in order.
