Cannot send a no claim lette

I have requested a no claim letter via email from Mi way on the 29.04.2013 and then had no response.
I called 02.05.2013 and was told a message would be sent for my no claim letter to be processed had no response.
I called again 06.05.2013 and explained that i urgently require this letter and was promised a response in 45 min, on average 4 hours have passed and i still do not have the requested no claim letter.

I hope that someone can advise to whom the correct contact person is to assist me with receiving the no claim letter as it is urgently required.
