Poor service delivery especially client payouts

Unfortunately it was with Liberty Life Corporate, a consultant from Liberty Life then called my husband in the beginning of April asking into which bank account must the paid out be paid into. My husband then faxed through all relevant documentation to them then he had called to see if they have received the correct banking details which they then confirmed this. While talking to them the consultant gave him a date to when the payment would be made and reflect into his FNB account.the payment will take place on the 2nd May 2013. To confirm this I then called just to confirm and Liberty Life Corp division then said yes they have just sent the payment through to SARS, then SARS send it back to Liberty and confirmed that on the 22nd they received it back from SARS... It is now the 06th May and still nothing, I just called them now and a new male consultant just told me again they are waiting for FNB to confirm the banking detail... Passing the buck is not a way to treat clients this is why Liberty Life has such a bad reputation... I need an answer by close of business today what is happening with the paid out..Not the first time I have had endless problems from Liberty in the past.
