Bad Service - Documents lost on 2 Occassions

As the Bursar of our school I am required to enquire on deposits made to our banking account. We have on two occassions personally delivered a letter of authority for me to obtain information on deposits. Once to Gracia and the second time to the Manager Ettienne. On both occassions this letter got lost. This has been going on since 23 January 2012. I am now advised to supply a third letter which I refuse to do. I want the letters to be found. I also requested for information on 2 deposits. Email sent to Gracia on 24 April "13. I had to go into the bank to get the information today. No return of calls or response to email??
More than a year later and I am still struggling to obtain information on deposits.
Pathetic service to say the least!!!
