During February 2013 we had our house broken into. Subsequently, we reported the case to our insurance Auto & General (Telesure). From inception to closure, Tania (not sure Erasmus or van der westhuizen) handled our case. She was exemplary in her mannerism of approach, understanding our plight and very supportive in every interaction/visit we had from her. she treated us first as human beings then as clients, something we truly appreciated. During his horrible time, we couldn't have asked for more peace of mind, knowing that A&G through Tania was at our side. We would highly recommend A&G especially at a time when you so desperately seek all the assistance that you can get, especially for their professional staff (Tania). Even after handling our matter, Tania would still take our calls, offer all her assistance or simply direct us to the right person. Now, how's that for excellent after care service. A special thank you to Tania - keep up the excellent work - you have made a huge difference to us, for this and more, we are much obliged!!! S&A
