The end of March 2013 I submitted my provident fund withdrawal form to Liberty Corporate. No contact with me a. I then called in to get an update an was told there was an i ssue with 3rd party banking details which I was not informed if I didn't contact them. I went an opened a new banking acc on my name and sent through info on the 16 April. No calls from anyone giving me any updates or feedback until 3rd May by Wendy. Since then I have emailed her the required docs and I made a follow up to enure she received this. Then last week thurday I called her again to find out what was happening. She informed me that the relevant department dealing with my matter will be done in 48hrs. After waiting from March 2013 and having to call each time for an update I am at total disbelief at how a corporate business runs. Contradicting info from inception and to date no calls with a date of payment. I'm shocked you guys actually have a contact centre. Plz give me my money. I want a call with a time and date of payment seeing it will be goin for 2 months soon.
