I am very disappointed in Nedbank and its employees! An employee of Nedbank Hemingsway, Shirley Jones is using company property and information for her personal use. Today I got text messages from this lady at around 7pm stating all my financial information which of course she got from the bank and of which she is busy circulating to her circle of friends. I have all this proof of information from her phone to mine. What kind of people does Nedbank employ? Do employees not sign contracts regarding confidentiality of information regarding their clients? This is defamation of character at its best and an insult!!! I am utterly disappointed and will make sure that all my business networks know the kind of things that happen at Nedbank and I will take this to the media if need be.
