My name is ashmitha sewpal i am a teacher my pay date is 15th of every month i have 2 credit cards with nedbank which i have made arrangements of R600 to be debited on the 15th of each month however they have debited my account for R3500 on the 03 may 2013. i immediately went to my branch to find out why such a big amount was debited only for the consultant to tell me it was for a credit card and must contact the credit card department which i did and was told i ve been handed over and must contact nedbank legal who only operate monday to friday. My account is been debited for my credit cards sometimes more than what is due but why debit such a big amount without my knowledge or notification
