Claim was lodged on 22/04 for BER Samsung S3 mini replacement value R6000 as per Ashleigh notes on schedule pricing dated 12 /03. Informed Frans in claims that i would like Samsung S4. Came back and informed me that phone value is only R3510. I queried and told him policy doc state replacement is linked to premium. Frans advised i obtain quote for Samsung S4 to escalate to Manager with resolution which i emailed on 26/04 after launch date. Confirmed receipt of quote. Monday 29/04, no feedback and was told that he emailed Ashleigh to find out why premium charged was so high. Frans said if i want to follow up i can and i did. Ashleigh informed me she spoke to Supervisor around lunch and that she will send email to Frans. Called Frans Tuesday and was told no email yet. Thursday Frans told me no email, Called Ashleigh and she confirmed that Frans' Supervisor is now handling case. Called again the Supervisor and he confirmed chatting to Ashleigh Supervisr and his waiting on confirmationp email. Called Ashleigh, said Supervisor not in, will get other manager to send email. Around 12:30 Ashleigh called informing me claims will replace my S3 mini, I disagreed, received confrmation email
