I have several debit orders with nedbank which are set to go off on the 1st of every month as per my application form on each. When i applied for the most recent loan suddenly all my debit order dates where changed to the 25 or 26 of each month. I only get paid on the 28th and obviously my debit orders return and leave a heavy bank charge on the account they are trying to debit! I spoke to my consultant Marble at Nedbank in Mainstreet branch JHB. she told me she is unable to look up my information on her system i need to call the call centre. the call centre advised me that they cannot change the date back to the 1st without double debiting me!
I am very upset with the lack of service and help that i require on this matter, considering I gave no permission or request for the debit order dates to be changed in the first place!
