I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 29 April 2013 regarding Absa giving authority to Hollard Insurance to debit my account without my consent. However since then my bank account has been on a minus of R181.53 because a debit order went off. Absa says that they will re-imburse me with the money they owe me which is R582.43. Once this money is in my account it will not be in a minus. Absa DARE NOT charge me additional bank charges for my account being in a minus due to the fact that they owe me MY money and if it was not for Absa my account will not be in a minus. I WILL take Absa on if they the charge me any fees. They need to get there systems in place. They owe me money and I must wait 5-7 working days for it and now that my account is in a minus they want to charge me bank charges. The is.

Please reverse any charges that Absa has added on for my account being in a minus. This is not my fault by Absa's.
