I have been billed for Vehicle Insurance

I have the exact same problem as loerie1, so I'm basically just copying and pasting. I have been billed for Insurance which I never agreed on nor gave my consent for money to be deducted from bank account. This is in contravention of the Credit Act. An Insurance Policy has been taken out in my name and I don't have the policy document.
I am Comprehensively Insured by another Company which now Implicates me as. Contravention of the Insurance Act.

I have been told I'm a high risk client because i have not given them my insurance documents in the last few months, i have never missed a payment for the last 4 years 9months. I have to now wait up to 7 days for the payment to be reversed into my account. I have emailed my Vehicle Insurance Policy to Absa this morning and haven't heard back from them yet. I'm very upset about what they just did. They basically money out of my bank account. Do they have the right just to open an insurance policy on my name and debit money out of my account without my consent.
