Firtsly I would like to point out the times spent holding for Sevice . 20, 25 and 60 minutes respectively.
I have been billed for Insurance which I never agreed on nor gave my consent for money to be deducted from bank account. I have had no dealings with ABSA in the past 60 days at all.
This is in conrtravention of the Credit Act. An Insurance Policy has been taken out in my name and I dont have the policy document.
I am Comprehensively Insured by another Company which now Implicates me as. Contravention of the Insurance Act.
