WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I CALLED THE BIVEST BANK CALL CENTRE ON TUESDAY TO COMPLAIN THAT I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE INTERNET BANKING SITE AS IT WAS NOT ALLOWING MY ONCE OFF PAYMENT, I SPOKE TO MBALI WHO ASKED ME TO FORWARD A SCREEN DUMP OF THE ERROR MESSAGE TO HER SHE WOULD THEN CALL ME BACK WITH A RESPONSE, GUESS WHAT?? NO CALL BACK WAS RECIEVED.SO I AGAIN PICKED UP THE PHONE AND CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AGAIN ON THURSDAY AS I COULD NOT USE THE WEBSITE AS IT WAS GIVING THE SAME ERORR GOT THROUGH TO MBALI AND SHE APOLOGISED FOR NOT CALLING ME BACK AND ASSUSRED ME THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED AND THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK, GUESS WHAT NO CALL BACK!!! SO I PICKED UP THE PHONE AGAIN TODAY AND ASKED MBALI TO GET HER MANAGER JACKIE TO CALL ME BACK, AFTER 3 HOURS MBALI CALLS ME BACK TO TELL ME HER MANAGER IS TOO BUSY TO CALL ME BUT OFFERERD A SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM, I SAID I WOULD TRY IT BUT SHE MUST CALL ME BACK IN 10 MINUTES TO FIND OUT IF THE SOLUTION WORKED THAT WAS AN HOUR AGO STILL NO FOLLOW UP CALL TO FIND OUT IF THE CUSTOMER WAS ASSISTED. WHAT A HORRENDOUSE EXPIRIENCE!!! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT BIDVEST IS GOING TO DO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER AFTER THIS EXPIRIENCE
