Double bank charges

I am so tired of being by FNB! Firstly I requested that my account be downgraded to a R49 per month account, instead they downgraded it so that every transaction I made was charged! After that I went back into the bank and requested that it be rectified to the account I REQUESTED, that was done and immediately the charges were deducted from my account. This did not make sense to me because I had already been debited for bank charges! now in the same month my account has been debited for the 2nd time with a different bank charge figure!!! I am so sick of this treatment. Because the most recent charges were deducted on an account with no funds in it, I will also be penalised 57 bucks when infact this should have never happened because I was already charged!!! I asked the staff at Vineyard branch to correct this and nothing has happened! additionally, I always get extra charges on my statement! what the is a value added service?! this charge was never disclosed to me before I opened the account. Other banks like Standard bank simply give u one amount that encompasses your bank charge and that is all they deduct!!! I demand that the charges deducted from my account be returned!
