I have to compliment Hollard Insurance on their Motor Xtender product.
I reluctantly took this product out last year, as I had a negative view on these types of products. I have only ever heard people complaining about how this tyoe of cover never pays out and the insurers look for any reason to repudiate a claim.
This was not my experience at all. My clutch went in my car and I had only had the policy for 6 months, so I was expecting a fight. I didn't even have to phone them; the dealership spoke to them and they approved the claim immediately. This was such a pleasant surprise, but it doesn't end there.
I then received my car back and 2 weeks later, the radiator cracked and I thought there was no way that they would approve another repair. As per the 1st incident; I didn't have to call anyone. The dealership phoned Hollard and before the guy could even phone me to tell me the outcome, I received an SMS from Hollard, telling me that the claim had been approved!
I am extremely impressed with the way this experience has gone to date and I can only promote Hollard's Motor Xtender in this forum, to thank them for changing my view on extended warranty products.
