I have received the following email from this address -
"Mr ______, you are handed over to NEW REPUBLICH BANK ATTORNEYS due to defaults on your Nedbank account. Urgently call 021 840 1640 to prevent further legal procedures"
I am under debt counseling!!!
My Nedbank loan was INCLUDED in the court order that was passed in May of 2011 in the Pta Magistrate's Court that placed me under debt counseling.
AS P{ER THE NCA, WHICH IS LAW, WHEN I AM UNDER DEBT COUNSELING AND THE CREDITOR HAS AGREED TO THE COURT ORDER - I AM PROTECTED AGAINST CREDITORS AND THEIR THREATS.
YOU ARE NOT ONLY HARASSSING ME BUT YOU ARE NOT ACTING ACCORDING TO THE LAWS STIPULATED BY THE NCA.
I have contacted these NEW REPUBLICH BANK ATTORNEYS TO TELL THEM THE SAME AS ABOVE.
LOOK ON YOUR PATHETIC SYSTEMS AND CONTACT MY DEBT COUNSELOR.
IF I AM TO RECEIVE ANY MORE THREATS FROM NEDBANK OR ATTORNEYS ACTING ON BEHALF OF NEDBANK, I WILL TAKE: LEGAL ACTION.
FOR ONCE AND ALL - SORT THIS ISSUE OUT AND EMAIL ME WITH THE PROOF THAT IT HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
ALSO, IF YOU HAVE CLEARLY VIOLATED THE NCA BY REPORTING ME AT ANY CREDIT BUREAUS, MAKE VERY SURE I AM REMOVED OR I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE ACTION.
