I applied online for a Nedbank Savings account, wait for it - over a month ago!!! I received confirmation that my account is created and that I am able to collect my card at the branch, if I bring my FICA documents. I have already been to the bank to supply them with my FICA documentation and the consultant informed me that they need to process the FICA documentation and once this is done, I should receive my account number and card. It has now been a month ago, and yes I am still waiting for it. I really don't want to do business with such a firm so I am only writing this report to let people know of the terrible service I received at Nedbank, they can stuff the account - I went to FNB and they were able to assist me that same day with my card, account, internet banking - everything. As for Nedbank, I am not impressed!
