VERY DISGUSTED AND ANGRY!!!

Absa car finance have deducted R529.03 from my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT.

I tried to call 0860 053 421, held for 15 minutes and eventually my call was rerouted to some lady who could not assist me and transferred me to another line.

I eventually hung up and sent them an email, i haven't had any response.

I'm so angry and disgusted as i don't understand how can someone go into my account and take money as they please and see fit.

I need somebody to call me A.S.A.P and tell me when are they debiting the money back in my account - I want it as in yesterday.

When I signed for a motor finance with ABSA and gave out my banking details, i did it for convinience NOT for them to play mickey mouse OR money from my account when they feel like they need to.

I work with a budget - i did not budget for R529.03 to leave my account - I NEED THAT MONEY TO RUN SOME IMPORTANT ERRANDS. PLEASE!!!

PLEASE I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!
