Really going the extra mile

On our recent trip to Namibia, we lost the wind-screen (flying guinea-fowl) about 90km outside of Otjiwarongo on our way to Etosha.

Luckily we saw the Santam office on entering the town. We were met by a friendly and efficient Basjan Rothman. He did all the necessary paperwork, located a new wind-screen and drive in his own vehicle to show us the way to the supplier. He then took us into town, leave us with his cellphone number and pick-up time.

In just over 4 hour's time we were on the road again.

Well done, Basjan Rothman. We appreciate your attitude and work ethic and that you really know how to go the extra mile.
