Account wrongfully placed on hold

I have a cheque and credit card account with ABSA for over ten years now. I went under debt review a little less than a month ago. The debt reveiw company sent out letters to ABSA to notify them that my ABSA CREDIT CARD was going to placed under debt review with the rest of my debt. Nowhere in that letter they said anything about my cheque account My cheque account was 100% fine on Monday 29April 2013 I could log onto my internet banking ect. When I got to the shop and wanted to use my card it waas decliend and I couldntdraw any money. When i got home i couldnt eaven log onto my internet banking as it said that I am not authorised! When I got to the bank today at Zevenwacht Mall they said that my account is on hold and they cant take the hold off because of the debt review, even though my cheque account wasnt even named in eny of the letter to ABSA! Now my debt orders cant go off and my cell phone is going to be blocked! I dont have a sent in the house and ABSA is just saying they cant do anything bout this! Unbelievable! So now I dont have a cell phone account that I can use, I cnt make or receive any calls nor do I have money to even buy food! And they are charging me bank charge
