Good Day
I need urgent assistance, I have called in to get my balance of a garnishee that is going off my salary and was told that my balance is now double of which it originally stated on the court documents. I was told that it is because of 60% interest, and also that no payment is recorded on my account I have been assisted by someone who is so rude and tells me that it is my problem, I have proof of payments for my garnishee which started in Feb 2012 to date, as per my calculations the end of May 2013 should be my last payment. This garnishee is killing me financially as I am a single parent but I have stuck to it and just want this sorted out ASAP and my garnishee is for R753.
Can someone please contact me as I am now in desperate need of assistance to get this matter sorted out ASAP.
