What a mess...
In December 2012 I accidentally ordered a mobile device through FNB Online while trying to find out more about the product offer.
After three weeks of phone calls, the call centre ensured me that the mobile device has been cancelled and I have no need to worry further.
Since January I've been billed every month for the device with I don't have. No I would like to take up the offer, but the call centre can't process the application because there is a cancellation, however FNB still charges me for a device each month.
I've been phoning the mobile offer call centre every single day, each day same story, the call will be escalated and a consultant will call you back to process the application. Still waiting...
