Debt review, worst thing ever!!! Just came off after 3 years, because my standard bank debt was going nowhere. Spoke to standard bank customer assist who asked me to come off so that they can consolidate the debt into a single loan amount. Was told 10 working days, it`s now been almost 2 months and still waiting.
Then I find out from standard bank debt review department my initial debt was 129K, after 3 years paying almost 65K as arranged by a debt counsellor my current outstanding debt with them is 128K!!! How is this possible? Complained, and complained... still waiting
Now it gets worse, just found out my MasterCard account was handed over to attorneys last week, because I'm no longer under debt review? What is going on? I`m trying to gain financial freedom and pay standard bank what i owe, but nobody seems to care.
I cannot get a consolidation loan anywhere else because these standard bank accounts have destroyed my ITC Profile, ten from last month there`s no payments going toward these accounts because nobody has sorted these issues out... standard bank will now list me on ITC again for non payments!!!
Please i need someone to give me answers and sort this whole mess out.
