On the 8th/03/2013 I went to withdraw money via E-Wallet at Bank City in Johannesburg. But the money did not come out from the ATM (No money in the machine) & I got a receipt saying the money was withdrawn but there is an error & I must go to the nearest branch. I went to the President str branch & the lady said I will have the money in my phone after 2days, after a week nothing came thru. I went back they asked for my account number (Which I gave them) so that they can refund, but until today nothing has been done. I received calls from Tracy (President branch) saying they are busy with my query but I haven't been refunded.
I have been sending e-mails to their customer service [Email Removed] they only send automated replies...
This is the WORST Service I've received from FNB. It's going on three months Now & no feedback. To them it might not be a lot of money but to me it helps.
