Standard Bank get help from FNB how to do banking

I deposited money from my Standard Bank account to Standard Bank Titanium Credit Card on the 26th April 2013. I has been 5 day's and the money only showed deposited yesterday and I cannot access any funds.

This is not the first time Standard Bank OUTDATED systems is doing this and not the first time I complain about how bad Standard Bank Card Division processes is.

With FNB it would have shown immediately and funds was accessible!!
