I bought a groupon for groupon goods in DECEMBER. Still had not received the item in MARCH and requested a refund. After NUMEROUS attempts to arrange a refund AND multiple hellopeter posts, it's now basically MAY and I still don't have the substantial amount of money! They even gave me a FAKE proof of refund. The bank have confirmed, nothing in my account 4 weeks later!
They told me to email a statement as proof. And now they still ignore. What more can I do. Looks like I am going to have to go the legal route!!! Waiting for another hellopeter response of we will email you which results in ZERO progress.
