On the 22 of March I ordered a Rio Salon hair removal kit from Groupon. On the same day I made the payment. After 3 weeks I haven't heard anything from Groupon, I looked on there website where they left a message on my account that said: "Deal not permitted, because payment has been refused" I contacted my bank and they assure me Groupon did get there money 3 days after I made the transfer.
I contacted Groupon and a consultant Yusef asked me to sent him the proof of payment (which I did) and he will get back to me. After that I left a few messages for him but he don't return my call.
This morning I talked to another consultant who want to give me my money back because it was my fault according to her because maybe I put in the wrong refnr or maybe I didn't pay in the correct amount.
One thing is for sure Groupon will not see me anytime soon.
