Incorrect goods delivered

I bought the Sloggi special. When the goods were delivered, they were the wrong size. I phoned in, they told me that a company would come and pick up the wrong goods and deliver the correct ones. THat didn't happen. I logged a written complaint on their write-in section, and nothing happened at all. When I was emailed to ask if I was satisfied, I responded that I was not and explained why. A day or two later I wrote a follow-up comment, asking what was going on and for someone to please follow up. I am now extremely annoyed and irritated, and this is my last option.
