I have had an ongoing query on a Hi-Fi which I ordered and paid for on 31 January. To date (16 April) I have had promises of delivery, then promises of refunds, then a delivery of a car seat cover(!) then a recollect of the car seat cover and another promise of a refund. My frustration with Groupon is at an all time high! I really believe that Groupon is a professional where money is easily taken from trusting clients and then no delivery is made on the promises, with the hopes that clients will simply give up in frustration (I have dealt with six different agents who all promise to "look into it" but never follow up) and allow Groupon to keep the money initially paid over.
