I have tried calling and emailing groupon to investigate why my groupon says it has been used before I have had the chance to use it but no one has bothered to answer my calls or respond to my email! This is the first incident I have had with groupon and after many purchases using the site I would hate to discontinue its use due to lack of customer service!
I would like to be able to use my groupon before it expires on the 30th April and before I have wasted my money!
