I recently bought a voucher from Groupon for a Hair wash, cut, blow and highlights to be redeemed at Voque Hair Studios. I was subsequently informed by Voque that the Groupon voucher had been erroneously sold to me by Groupon (Voque had not authorised the special that had been offered) and that they could not honour this service that I had already paid for. The manager at Voque advised me via email (a copy of which I submitted to Groupon as proof) to request a refund directly from Groupon. I have subsequently sent two requests to info@groupon for a refund for my voucher. I have yet to receive any response from them regarding my request except for an email giving me a reference number (#733460). Groupon sdtates that they give refunds in this situation but they do not seem to follow through on this. I now have paid for a useless voucher and I feel that Groupon owes me a refund!
