No response to email on breach of contract

I purchased a voucher on roupon on the 30 august 2012 which expired on 30 march 2013 for the optimum health shop on groupon. since january 7th i had een trying to call the supplier to book an appointment but the phone was never available. after about 3 times i started sending sms's as it is a cellphone number but there was still no response for over 2 months this was going on. in mid march i decided to send an email to groupon since it is their service provider but 4 weeks later no one has responded to my email. i get that groupon is not responsible for what the mercahnt did however as service providers who advertised on their website, they should take some responsibility and make sure i get my money's worth or a refund. terribly dissappointed.
