I purchased a Laser hair removal system for R1, 399 in January. I cancelled the purchase over the phone & via email & was told I would receive a refund shortly afterwards & was told the money would be credited back to my credit card & was sent an email to confirm this. 2 days later the product arrived! I want to return it, at groupons cost & get my refund! Groupon do not reply to my emails explaining the situation at all!! I cannot afford to spend hours waiting on the phone at their very poor call centre! I want to return the product & get a refund! Please help!
